1. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- To qualify, participants must have purchased an Elakai product and submitted a genuine review of that product through the official review submission process.
- Reviews must be approved by Elakai (in accordance with our moderation guidelines) to count as an entry.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
- Leave a review of your Elakai product through the official review form or post-purchase follow-up email.
- Each approved review counts as one entry. Multiple product reviews may count as additional entries, provided each review is for a verified purchase.
3. Prize
- One winner will receive a $500 Elakai Gift Card, redeemable exclusively on Elakai’s online Shopify store.
- Gift card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the stated deadline.
- For the current giveaway cycle, entries must be submitted by October 15, 2025. Winner will be announced and notified by email within 7 days.
- After October 15, this giveaway will continue on an ongoing basis, with subsequent drawings (e.g., December 15, 2025) and dates to be announced in promotional communications.
5. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to allow Elakai to use their name, review, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Elakai reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of being fraudulent, spam, or not tied to a verified purchase.
- Elakai reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.
